TH4NK❤U is an exercise in painting and composition.

It began from the participation in an online challenge of "The Rookies", a community for digital artists.

So I took the opportunity to learn new skills and practice my paint over hard surface objects.

The challenge consisted in painting a KOMBI (It is a combined-use vehicle officially called the Volkswagen Typ 2 or Transporter)

I thought about transmitting a mixture of sensations: freshness, fluidity, creativity, resilience and joy. All this I summed up in one word "Thank you"

I started by painting the background with an "avant-garde" referential yellow color. Then I added design patterns and colors considering that they fit the sensations I wanted to convey. 

Later, I continued refining the composition of my painting until I managed to integrate it to each element of the vehicle. 

Finally, add details of wear and dirt (which never hurt) which give the object a more grounded aspect to reality.
